My name is Dan DiVincenzo. I've been in the automotive industry for over 33 years. The first 15 years as an ASE certified master technician with L1 certs specializing in electrical and drivability repairs in an independent repair shop. The last 18 years I've managed the fixed operations side of large dealer groups in the greater Cleveland area. I'm still a technician at heart and fixing things is my passion.
